Amongst others, the following matters will be discussed: a) the scientific nature of psychoanalysis and law;
b) judicial and psychiatric/psychoanalytical language;
c) relationships in the trial environment between law and disciplines regarding the pathology of behaviour;
d) psychoanalysis and the problems of the juvenil in the court environment;
e) psychoanalysis and the problems of the offender; before, during and after the trial;
f) possible contributions to criminal psychoanalysis;
g) ethics of the forensic psychoanalyst;
h) law in the history of man; in myths, fiction and mysticism witch witness in the history of man.
Collaboration in the journal is assured by psychoanalysts interested in widening their clinical experience involving the moment of trial, and by legal personnel who have recognised the fruitfulness of an opening in the world of the psyche.
