A video/photographic Prize representing the starting point to think over the Roman Palazzina with an original and multi discipline sight. Through the contribution of architects, University professors, journalists, managers, painters and photographers, Paola Rossi builds an historical critical course facing an important building typology in '900, analysing its architectonic, town planning, regulations implications. From King Decree n°1937 in 1920, setting the basis for the Palazzina development in the Capital, passing through the General Town-planning Scheme in 1931 and 1962, Rome grows quickly between very bad speculations and very good building interventions, realized thanks to the author's Palazzina, planned in building and decorative details.
