Despite the fact that 17th century painter and drawing artist Leonaert Bramer had a rather coarse way of painting, his work was highly praised. Mr. Bramer was one of the most productive painters of his time. His works of art mainly represent biblical scenes, often moving or dramatic. This painter is known to have produced over 1200 drawings and 150 paintings.
