Founded by Piero Gatti, Cesare Paolini, Franco Teodoro as well as architecture and art students in Turin, studio65 played an important role in radical design, as testified by the important exhibition on pop art design at the Vitra Museum.
- Covers fifty years of the famous design studio known for its ironic and irreverent design.
- The studio was responsible for truly iconic furniture designs, such as the Capitello Chair and Bocca Lip Sofa.
- studio65's designs are on display in major museum collections, including MoMA and the Triennale.
An independent curator, Maria Cristina Didero is the director of Fondazione Bisazza. Franco Audrito, architect and designer, founded studio65 together with Roberta Garosci, Enzo Bertone, Paolo Morello and Paolo Rondelli.
