The Call had an excellent outcome, and a great number of Roman Architects presented their projects, regularly field for patent.
Following the Call, the Chamber decided to hold a conference, an exhibition and this publication to explore, starting from these projects by Roman Architects, the important issues related to inventions and innovation, as a starting point to relaunch the ingenuity and project design of our Country.
The reasoning about patents then extended to the universe of Design, from the 20th to the 21st century, from the history of modern to contemporary. To do this, we asked the opinion of intellectuals, architects, and designers whose contribution made this storytelling richer and more interesting, transforming it into a narrative that explains certain aspects of creativity and innovation in Italy, and gives a photograph of our time, as well as design prospects for tomorrow.
