Dante Gabriel Rossetti was one of the most fascinating and perhaps even the most important artist among the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. Known for his paintings featuring red-haired femme fatales with sultry pursed lips who were painted in environments full of hidden symbolism, Rossetti's oeuvre actually consisted of much more.
