Her contemporaries, including her mother, the parish priest, the carpenter, the rope-maker, the furnace stoker, the bricklayer, the shopkeeper... but also her friends, the little girls and their mothers tell us of her extraordinary human and Christian adventure. In questo periodo è vissuta Clelia Barbieri, una bella ragazza, semplice, umile e forte; frutto e dono di quella gente e di quella terra. I suoi contemporanei, tra cui la mamma, il parroco, il falegname, il cordaio, il fuochista di fornace, il muratore, la bottegaia... ma anche le amiche, le bimbe e le loro mamme ci narrano la sua straordinaria avventura umana e cristiana.
