Burri. The permanent collection of graphic work.

The catalog was published on the occasion of the inauguration of the Permanent Museum of the Graphic Work by Alberto Burri, in the new exhibition spaces of the Ex Seccatoi Tabacco, on 12 March 2017.

It includes the artist's entire repertoire of graphics and multiples.

The volume also offers descriptive cards of the works, complete with exhibition and bibliographic references.

"In Burri's case, speaking of graphics does not mean speaking of a minor production compared to paintings, but only of a different and parallel artistic modality, in conception and execution, in short, such that it can be counted with absolute importance in the production of the great painter , alongside all his other groundbreaking innovative pronouncements.

Even in graphics, Burri has tried to overcome technical challenges and push the boundaries of both the tools and the materials used.
