The catalogue puts together the work of ten artists living and working in Reggio Emilia or the immediate area. Photography is a part of a tradition belonging to the place of Reggio Emilia - part of a collective sensibility - and this is one of the reasons for decisions by local authorities to hold an exhibition of such size and importance here. There is no group connection between the eleven photographers, they are not part of a movement. Rather they belong to the same city and a worked on a common theme, limits and boundaries.

photographers: Alessandro Bartoli, Fabio Boni, Bruno Cattani, Fabrizio Cicconi, Angelo Davoli, Cesare di Liborio, Marcello Grassi e Fabrizio Orsi, William Guerrieri, Kai-Uwe Schulte-Bunert, Paolo Simonazzi.
