Francesco Vezzoli's work is an exploration of spectacle, seeing it as a system of information that has now reached its summit, capable of replacing reality itself, as in the "Truman Show".
The artist reinterprets the different genres in which spectacle is embodied daily, in an ironic mixture where the boundaries between high and low cultures are effaced: drama and musicals, soap operas and the TV talk shows, video music and trailers for soft porn movies.
