The volume presents the catalog of materials relevant to the tomb Sterrantino , located in the resort ' arches ' ??on the plateau of Montarozzi in Tarquinia . The author, after having provided a recovery of the artifacts present in the kit and its precise location , presents the catalog of findings organized according to classes and forms , followed by comments on the objects , with the inclusion of the references relating to the relevant class and its distribution area . Separately , and last, are added to the evidence identified as coming from Doganaccia or from other contexts not relevant , however, preserved along with the remains of the tomb Sterrantino . Based on the analysis of the documentation and its chronology (involving an extended period of time , from the first quarter of the seventh until the mid-sixth century BC) , is then set to attempt a distinction in kits and a study particularly careful and thorough production bucchero Tarquinian , in which the contents of the tomb adds new elements to the debate , with evidence capable of projecting advances already in the third quarter of the seventh century. To conclude , the author presents a redefinition of the overall framework of the necropolis at Tarquinia , the funerary customs and social and economic changes seem to indicate that the materials studied in the Middle and Late Orientalizing period .
