Antonio Citterio has earned a reputation for his uncompromising design and craftsmanship. While he is mostly recognized the world over for his work in product and interior design, in the last two decades he has also expanded significantly into the architectural sphere with some very noteworthy accomplishments in the public and private sectors in Italy, Europe and the Far East.
He has designed commercial, residential, hotels and products for public and private companies including De Beers, Aspesi, Bulgari, Edel, Vitra, B&B Italia, Techonogym designing both the architecture, interiors and furniture. His extraordinary ability in controlling all the scales of the project has recognized worldwide as a characteristic of the Made in Italy excellence. His list of clients include the top design-oriented manufacturers in Europe including: Kartell, Vitra, Artemide, Flexform, Olivetti and Moroso.
His work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, Centre Pompidou, Paris, and the Architecture and Design Museum of Chicago.
