Between 2016 and 2020, photographer Angelo Cricchi invited 113 women from diverse cultures, professions, and walks of life to take part in an intimate photographic experience. Each participant entered the studio, selected one of four traditional Japanese kimonos, and, through the symbolic act of wearing it, embarked on a deeply personal journey of self-expression.
