Asti. Guide to the cultural heritage with seasonal coolbook

The selections made the authors were guided by the target audience, that are both Italian and foreign tourists aimed at providing essential directions for planning the visit in a streamlined and easy way, thanks to reliable and long-lasting information, especially about the usability of selected attractions, including architectural barriers that can limit accessibility. For the cookbook, choices were made based on those traditional dishes that are often available on the menus of local restaurants and easily replicable at home, upon return from the visit, using raw materials that are available even on foreign markets. The selection was also made aiming to provide guidance on traditional dishes that are more appropriate to each season, with some off-menu recipes and some sweet treats that carry the banner of the city of Asti and, in some cases, of the entire UNESCO area of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero.
